As a CPA and corporate finance executive, Carmen Rene talks to people about money all day long. The more we talk about it, the less mysterious money becomes. Carmen’s goal is to enable all women to think of money as a tool to live our best life. Carmen Rene is the CFO of Sayva Solutions and Managing Director of Sayva Accounting Services. She is a CPA and effective leader with strength in technical accounting, creative problem solving, and partnering on "doing the right thing." Carmen worked as a Finance Leader for Life Technologies, Bose Corporation, and KPMG. She holds a BSBA in Finance and Marketing, as well as a Masters of Accountancy, both from the University of Denver where she was an initiate of Gamma Delta chapter. Carmen has a reputation for enabling standardization, collaboration and professional development opportunities. Her willingness to challenge the status quo model and advocate for team members has made her a popular leader and mentor. Carmen’s personal dedication to women and community fuels her volunteer work with Alpha Chi Omega, Cal State University San Marcos, and the Friends of Carlsbad Schools PAC. |
